I recently learned that laptop computers are now banned during class. This seems
to be the most absurd rule for a college campus!

I’m unsure if it applies to the whole school or just the science classes, as my health teacher is the one who informed me.

In June, I bought a laptop specifically for note taking in my classes. A lot of students can type faster than they write, especially when taking notes from a long lecture.

How can laptops be banned from class solely because ONE immature and irresponsible student decided to view porn during class?

This should be overruled because we shouldn’t all be punished for his/her mistake.
