A subject was contacted for talking on a cell phone without a hands free device. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited, released and advised a licensed driver needed to pick up her vehicle.

Student was punched several times by a subject who was not a student. The subject was cited and released for battery on school property and was also given a 626.6 form which prohibits him from returning to campus for 7 days.

A victim reported her wallet stolen from the restroom while it was left unattended. A subject was contacted and found to be in possession of the stolen wallet and H & S paraphernalia. The subject was arrested, cited and released.
Performing Arts Center Lobby
A victim drinking a beverage became dizzy, passed out and fell to the floor resulting in a laceration to the head. AMR responded, treated and transported the victim to Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek.

Subject was arrested for battery against a spouse. The subject was cited and released, the victim declined medical treatment but was given domestic violence literature

Student reported that his laptop was stolen when he left it unattended in a locker that was not secured.

During a traffic enforcement stop it was discovered that the subjects driver’s license was suspended or revoked. The driver was cited.

A subject that was contacted in the unlocked vacant classroom was found to have a misdemeanor warrant. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
