The school restaurant, The Norseman, is opening on Tuesday, Sept. 27. The restaurant will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The restaurant will feature food prepared by Advanced Cuisine students. The Norseman Express, which is in the cafeteria and features food from Beginning Cuisine students, is open as of the time of writing, every Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
