Transfer day is when college representative come to campus for student to check and see what college seems interesting to transfer too, though most students who do come to transfer day are either browsing by each college, has set goal on which colleges to apply, or are selecting what college to transfer that interest them.
Yodai Ozaki 20, an international student who said “It’s good, but not enough. Because the lacking of University of California representatives to talk about campus life and the environment on whether it is safe to attend a UC or not.” Yodai also wanted to know whether or not “the UC’s accept athletic training” as a Bachelor of Arts major.
“Here browsing by, looking around campus, not ready to transfer” (3) said Justin Javier, 19 came to transfer day with his friends, browsing the universities that came to transfer day to decide which colleges interest him; but this is Justin first semester at DVC, he does not know what colleges he want to transfer.
Some students like Yuki Sakurai, 20 figured out what colleges they wanted to apply and they spoken to college representatives about the college they want to attend; “Yuki spoke with a representative from Nevada University” (4) about their university and wanted to know more because she want to attend there next semester.
