The women’s soccer team beat Solano 6-1 in round one of the CCCAA Women’s Soccer Playoffs on Nov. 19 at home. Both Noelle Lemos and Vanessa Ruvalcaba scored twice in the first half of the game. Megan Melara and Chloe Lindemann scored in the second half. They’ll play the second Round of the CCCAA Women’s Soccer Playoffs on Nov. 22 at 2 p.m. against Las Positas.

Vikings Lacrosse beat UC Davis 16-7 on Nov. 19. Next DVC will play CJCLA Championship at home on Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.

The men’s basketball team played in the Shasta Tournament and won two of three games. They beat Cabrillo 76-59 on Nov. 18 and American River 67-59 on Nov. 19. They lost 71-47 to Foothill on Nov. 20. Their next game is Dec. 2 at 4 p.m. vs. San Jose in the San Francisco Classic.

Vikings football suffered a 20-16 loss in the State Center Bowl Game vs. Sacramento City on Nov. 19. This was DVC’s fourth straight loss leaving them with a 5-6 overall record to end the football season.
